If you expected early check in and would like to guarantee access to your room, we strongly suggest to book additional night. Similarly for late check-out, reserving additional night to guarantee access to your room until your departure. If you didn’t choose to reserve, we are happy to keep your luggage at our reception.
Cancel 7 Days Prior to Arrival : If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 7 days to your scheduled arrival date, any refund for the reservation will be subject to a 3% deduction as bank fee.
No Show : If you do not arrive at the hotel on your scheduled arrival date, it will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.
Our reception will ask for deposit charge at IDR 500.000 net by credit card or USD 50 upon arrival.
We prefer Visa and Master Card .
Smoking is not allowed inside the room but smoking is allowed outside the room or in the pool area.
Guest under 10 years old considered as children, others are considered as adult. All guests must be at least 18 years old to register.

All rates will be in IDR and if rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
We do not accept cash as any payment, the option of payment method are by International Visa, Mastercard, QRIS and Indonesian Debit Cards.
